Where digital twins help.

Remote site access

Let every stakeholder walk the site from anywhere — design reviews, client sign-off, contractor queries.

As-built documentation

A measurable record of construction progress or handover state, preserved indefinitely.

Refurbishment & retrofit

Accurate existing-conditions data before you commit design time — or a spade to site.

Heritage conservation

Permanent, non-destructive recording of listed or at-risk structures to sub-millimetre accuracy.

Facilities management

A living spatial database for maintenance teams, tenancy planning, and compliance.

Marketing & sales

Immersive virtual tours for property marketing that convert better than a gallery of photos.

Common questions.

What exactly is a digital twin? +
A digital twin is a measurable, navigable 3D replica of a real space. At its simplest it is a Matterport tour; at its most advanced it is a fully BIM-integrated model with live sensor data. We scope the right level of complexity for your use case.
How accurate are they? +
Matterport tours are suitable for human-scale navigation and rough measurement. LiDAR-based twins are survey-grade, registered against site control where required. We scope the accuracy level to your brief.
What does hosting look like? +
Matterport hosts tours on their platform. Point cloud and mesh twins we can host on your own infrastructure, on Kanna's servers, or embed in your existing portal. Ongoing hosting is separate from the capture fee.
How long does capture take? +
A typical Matterport tour takes one day on site. A LiDAR-based measured twin of the same space takes one to three days depending on complexity. Processing and delivery vary with scope.
